Meet Me

Batya Sachs is an Israeli Lawyer who has been practicing law and providing legal advice for over 30 years.
I studied law at Tel Aviv University and interned with Haim Zadok z”l (former Minister of Justice) .
From 1989 through 2001 I served as an officer in the IDF in the Military Advocate General’s Corp, in the Legal Advisor and Legislation Branch. I served in the capacity as the Legal Advisor to the Home Front Command and as a military prosecutor.

During this period I gained extensive experience in the field of public law in general and in the field of emergency preparedness in particular.
After my release, I served, as a Reserve Officer , as a judge in the Shomron Military Court.
In 2002 I went into private practice and established my boutique law firm. Until 2017, the office was located in Tel Aviv, and from 2018 it operates in the heart of Jerusalem.
The firm deals with a wide range of legal issues and when deemed advantageous, cooperates with other first-rate lawyers.

I was born in Chicago and made aliya to Israel as a teenager. I’m fully fluent in Hebrew and English
- which facilitates smooth communication and understanding.
You’re welcome to reach out and learn more about me and my law firm.
